A session with Fotona Ultimate Tightening consists of 4 stages that treat and tighten skin starting from the bottom up. 1- SmoothLiftinTM First, volume is added via a painless intraoral laser that stimulates collagen induction. The results emulate fillers; you will feel increased tightness, plumpness, and elasticity in the skin. For patients with nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and perioral wrinkles such as smoker’s lines, this step is key and will greatly reduce their appearances. 2- PIANO® In the second stage of Fotona Ultimate Tightening, the skin is heated deeply and safely from the outside using a brushing technique that concentrates the energy delivery subcutaneously.
