During one session, you will receive 4 laser treatments that will target the skin from the bottom up.

The first step involves a pain free intraoral laser treatment which targets volume through a process called collagen induction. The effects are an overall improvement of tightness and elasticity of the skin along with a plumping effect, much like a filler. This step has tremendous effects on reducing nasolabial folds, marionette lines and perioral wrinkles like “smoker’s lines”.

2- PIANO®

The second stage of Fotona Ultimate Tightening involves heating the skin deeply and safely from the outside in by concentrating energy delivery subcutaneously targeting the deep collagen. This is done using a brushing technique and provides an outstanding tightening effect for areas experiencing skin laxity, especially in the lower face , chin, and neck.

3- FRAC3®

The third step involves the targeted treatment of specific, mid depth imperfections in the skin like age spots and vascular components using a fractional laser. This is fast, effective, and will help restore youthful texture.

4- SupErficialTM

The final stage is comparable to “polishing” your skin. The treatment removes superficial dead skin cells to reveal brighter, healthier tissue below and provides that noticeable “glow” to your skin. This last step of the treatment can be tailored to the needs of each patient. If needed, we can be more aggressive and go deeper with the skin resurfacing giving you more dramatic results, however this will result in more downtime.

When it’s time for your treatment, your skin will be cleansed and both you and your provider will wear protective eyewear. The entire treatment typically lasts between 60 and 90 minutes, and you can expect minimal to no discomfort during the treatment.

Fotona Ultimate Tightening is typically considered a “lunchtime procedure” because there is no real downtime. You may have a little bit of redness or swelling that will diminish after a few hours, but usually people resume their activities right after the procedure.

There are no real side effects or risks with Fotona Ultimate Tightening treatments. You will feel some warmth during the treatment, but it is usually well tolerated without any anesthesia. Men may feel a sharp tingling sensation over the areas where there they have a beard. However, topical anesthesia minimizes this discomfort.
