The health signal I never ignore
This simple number alerts me when something goes wrong
Dear patients and friends,
There is one health indicator that I always monitor closely: my resting heart rate.
When your resting heart rate increases by a few beats per minute compared to your usual value, it can be a sign that your body is out of balance—due to infection, fatigue, stress, or a need for recovery.
Personally, when I notice an increase of five beats or more, I pay attention. I slow down, I take a rest day, and I avoid pushing my body unnecessarily.
In this video, I explain why resting heart rate is a valuable signal and how learning to listen to it can help you better protect your health.
See you very soon,
Dr. Benhaim Albert

Personally, when I notice my resting heart rate rising by five beats or more, I pay attention. I slow down, take a rest day, and avoid pushing my body unnecessarily.
In this video, I explain why resting heart rate is such a valuable indicator and how listening to this signal can help you better protect your health.
